Shipping policy

We are NOT responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender. Please check your shipping address twice before placing your order.
Once your order has been placed (including subscriptions), we cannot cancel orders or make any changes to the following: items in the order, shipping address, payment method, or shipping method.
All orders over $35 qualify for free standard shipping.
All orders under $35 in the noncontiguous USA (Hawaii and Alaska) will be charged a flat shipping rate of $15. We do not ship to Guam, Marshall Islands, Puerto Rico, or US Virgin Islands.
All orders in the contiguous USA will be charged a flat shipping rate of $7 if they contain a hazmat product. “Hazmat” might sound scary, but it just means some of our products (made with compressed air or containing alcohol) are regulated when shipping. Here is a list of items considered hazmat.
We do not offer expedited shipping options currently.
With FedEx Smartpost, your package is delivered to your local post office by FedEx, then final delivery is made by USPS. Typical transit time is 7 days.
Orders ship from our Orlando warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
Continuous spray products (like Sunscreen Sprays and Hand Sanitizers) cannot be shipped outside of the contiguous USA or to PO boxes due to federal regulations.
