30-Day Return Window
We stand behind the quality, skin safety, and sun protection efficacy of our personal care products. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund for your purchase.

Return Eligibility & Skincare Hygiene Standards
Due to strict personal health, cosmetic sanitation, and safety regulations regarding topical skincare products:
• Sunscreen bottles, sprays, sticks, and after-sun lotions MUST remain unopened, unpumped, completely unused, and in their original factory foil seal, shrink-wrap, or safety cap intact. Opened, tested, or partially used skincare products cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and sanitary protection reasons.
• All outer product boxes and multipack containers must be returned complete and intact.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required for all return requests.
• Manufacturing defects, broken pump nozzles upon unboxing, or incorrect items shipped are eligible for a 100% full refund or immediate free replacement.

Non-Returnable Items
• Opened, unsealed, tested, or used sunscreen liquids, lotions, and sprays (for health and safety reasons).
• Clearance or final sale items clearly marked as “Final Sale” at checkout.

Free Returns & No Restocking Fees
We offer free returns on all eligible unopened sunscreen products. We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you, and zero restocking fees will be deducted from your approved refund amount.

How to Initiate a Return
1. Email info@greatsunscreen.shop with your original order number, reason for return, and photos showing the intact factory seal/safety packaging of the product.
2. Our customer service team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid printable return shipping label within 1-2 business days.
3. Pack the unopened item securely in its original box along with protective cushioning.
4. Affix the prepaid label to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our McAllen facility to confirm hygiene seal compliance, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal). Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for your banking institution to post the credit to your account.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to select a different SPF level, formula (mineral vs. chemical), or product size, please return your unopened original item for a full refund and place a new order on our website.

Damaged or Leaking Products Upon Delivery
If your order arrives leaking, ruptured, or with broken pumps during transit, please contact info@greatsunscreen.shop within 7 days of receipt with photos demonstrating the damage. We will issue a full refund or ship a replacement unit immediately at no extra cost.
