Refund policy

We hope you love every Sun Bum product, but we understand that everyone’s taste is a little different.

• For health and safety reasons, we cannot process returns or exchanges.
• For a replacement or refund, please email kecisasife15@gmail.com with your order number, email address used to purchase, and reason for request.
• For returns on orders over $75, the customer will be responsible for shipping the unopened/unused items back.
• All requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• Sun Bum offers a limited warranty for products purchased directly from Sun Bum or authorized retailers. Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for up to 30 days from purchase or the maximum period allowed by law. This does not apply to products purchased through unauthorized distributors.

We accept credit card payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as Shop Pay and Google Pay.

Third Party Retailer Returns / Refunds / Exchanges

If you are unhappy with a product purchased from one of our retailers, please return the item to that store with your proof of purchase.
